Access your account and inbox
There are primarily two different ways to access your uanet.org e-mail account. You can either use Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Microsoft Outlook. Both are accessible on all platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, mac OS, Windows, etc.)
Access using OWA
1. Navigate to www.office.com and click "Sign In"
2. Enter your uanet.org account credentials in the following prompts. You should also have to complete MFA (multi-factor authentication) when signing in:
Depending on how your account is configured, you will either see a prompt identical to this where it asks you to authenticate with Microsoft Authenticator or it will ask you to have a call/text sent to the number registered to your account. If you recognize the number is incorrect, UAHQ IT will have to correct it. You can open a ticket for the problem here: https://unitedassociation.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new
3. Once you've signed into your account, you should then see a dashboard showing you everything your account has access to. To access your e-mail, you will see a navigation menu on the left-hand side that has "Outlook" listed:
Clicking on the icon will take you into your inbox.
